Podcast Manager for Women Entrepreneurs and Coaches

Amplify your impact with every episode

You created your business to have social impact. My goal as your podcast manager is to help you amplify your message while making sure you still have the time and energy to focus on the work that matters.

Hi, I’m Lisa (she/her)

As a solopreneur, I understand what it’s like to be overwhelmed, overthinking, and stuck in quote, unquote “planning.”

But the work you’re doing is way too important to be held back because you’re stuck in the weeds of figuring out how to launch a podcast or overwhelmed by the work it takes to sustain one.

So whether you’ve been thinking of podcasting for years or you’ve already started and need help doing all the things, let’s team up to craft an engaging podcast that showcases your expertise, nurtures relationships, and creates a ripple effect for your business.

I’m passionate about using the power of podcasting for social impact. Unlike social media, podcasting is still an uncensored and safe space to share your vision for your communities and the world.

Ready to get started?

Why choose me as your podcast manager?

I believe that podcasting should be accessible and enjoyable. My approach is all about freeing up your energy to focus on the parts that need your expertise — creating great content, connecting with your audience and guests, and promoting the hell out of your show to your communities.

I’ll take care of everything else, from editing to repurposing episodes into marketing assets. Together, we’ll ensure that you can start podcasting and stick with it, without the overwhelm of doing it all yourself.

Storytelling Experience

I’ve been helping people share their stories for more than a decade — as a journalist, editor, communications professional, graphic designer, and now as a podcast manager. I’m here to guide you every step of the way so you can share your voice with confidence.

Amplifying Women’s Voices

I’m passionate about amplifying the voices of women, because our voices are often sidelined and are needed now more than ever. I want to ensure that your unique perspectives, insights, and stories are represented in the male-dominated podcasting space.

Ethical Marketing

I love podcasting as a marketing tool because it builds relationships instead of pushing sales. No tripwires, no sleazy sales pages, no results-not-typical disclaimers, no “We’ll never offer this again! Well, not at this price, anyway!” Just more authentic connection.

Audio-First Focus

I specialize in audio-first podcasts, because I want the barrier to entry to remain low, especially for introverts and women who may not feel comfortable (or even safe) on camera. If you are hesitating because you feel you have to do video, you do not have to do video.

The Myth of the Numbers Game

Today, I’m diving into a big myth that’s been floating around for far too long.

It’s this widespread belief that if you throw enough job applications out there, one is bound to stick.

The job market doesn’t work like that. At least not anymore, if it ever did.

Early in my career, I fell for this numbers game trap, too. I sent out hundreds of applications, thinking one has to hit. After weeks of radio silence, I realized something wasn’t adding up.

Maybe you’ve been there too, staying up late, scrolling through job boards, hitting apply on any position even remotely interesting, only to be met with silence. It’s frustrating and disheartening.

Let’s bust this myth wide open.

Ep. 12. Declutter Your Digital Life: Simple Steps to Clear Clutter and Achieve Digital Minimalism

Hey, weirdo! Has your digital world become chaotic? Overwhelming? A mess? Does your downloads folder look like a digital junk drawer, with random screenshots, oddly named files, and memes you swore you needed all buried in there somewhere?

In this episode of Get It Together, Weirdo, host and coach Sarah Bowser shares strategies for decluttering and organizing digital spaces to reduce overwhelm and improve productivity. She covers assessing your digital devices to identify unnecessary files and apps, methods for organizing digital files and managing email overload, and the importance of adopting mindful, personalized habits and systems to prevent future digital chaos.

All of your digital clutter is impacting your mental well being. For Sarah, getting all nerdy about digital organization was a game changer. It reduced so much of the overwhelm she’d been carrying and made her work life manageable.

“I had a seamless launch”

I can say with certainty my podcast wouldn’t be out without Lisa’s support (and certainly not with the professional quality!). Lisa really held my hand throughout the process and kept me to my target launch. Her organization and detail-oriented nature really helped to make this a seamless launch.

In addition to the moral support, accountability, and structure, she also edited episodes, created audiograms, developed social media posts, created a detailed launch plan, etcetera etcetera!

“I felt good the whole way through”

I can’t iterate enough just how easy you made this whole process, how fun it was. You took this very scary, audacious goal, and made it so simple to work towards that it wasn’t scary. I felt good the whole way through.

Honestly, I really don’t think I could have done it without you. I felt like our partnership was really, really good, because I could lean on you heavily when I needed you, and when I was able to do my thing you were there doing stuff on the back end.

“It’s no longer weighing me down”

I have a live podcast!

I expected working with a podcast manager to be very complicated but you made the process so simple and easy to understand and follow through on.

The idea of a podcast is no longer weighing me down, and I’m not overwhelmed with trying to record or write episodes because I know I have an amazing expert handling the tech side of editing and whatnot.

“I was never left stranded or struggling”

I didn’t know how to make a podcast a reality. With Lisa’s launch plan, I knew what I needed to do, and she kept me on track to make sure it got done on time.

And all of the podcast management in general and not having to deal with editing and tech issues was *chef’s kiss*. I was never left stranded and struggling with an issue on my own.

I have a launched podcast!

Got Qs? I've got As.

I recommend a 4- to 6-week process — short enough that we can create a lot of momentum, but long enough that you won’t feel overwhelmed.

I do! I offer ongoing podcast management services. Please check out my services for details.

I ask for a 3-month commitment to start.

I offer an affordable editing-only package that can still provide you with high-quality audio for your podcast without breaking the bank.

Podcast management and launch packages must be paid in advance. When I commit to a project, I am reserving time in my schedule to do the work, meaning that I can’t take on other work during that period. Advance payment assures that I will be compensated for that dedicated time.

An audio editor performs one task only. A podcast manager, on the other hand, offers an entire editing and post-production package that really carries a show, so all you have to do is write and record. Podcast managers also keep our clients updated on changes to the industry and share up-to-date strategies.

If you’re having a positive impact in the world — whether on one person, a community, or the planet — I’m game to help you share your message.

I’d be excited by projects using audio to capture knowledge, experience, histories, stories, and memoirs, especially of marginalized persons.

Values check

Before you proceed, you should know that:

  • I honour the rights and dignity of all individuals, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, citizenship, or ability

  • I actively support diversity, equity, and inclusion in my personal and professional life.

  • I do not condone or align with rhetoric, behaviours, or ideologies that perpetuate hate, bigotry, or the oppression of marginalized groups. (And that includes the fascism of the Trump-Musk regime.)

If your values and beliefs conflict with mine, we are not each other’s people, and I kindly ask that you find another podcast manager to help you.

If you give a damn about other people, please carry on.

Let’s collaborate on an engaging podcast that amplifies your message
